Low Cost iPhone More Likely?

CNET reports that Apple suppliers have been shipping parts for a low-cost iPhone. A low-cost iPhone may make financial sense for Apple. Rather than move the iPhone 4S down to the free-when-subsidized position, they could simplify production and unify products with a lower-cost phone by using a similar screen size and lightning connector rather than the 30-pin connector currently in the iPhone 4S.

MacWorld has a great list of iOS 7 features that Apple didn't get into during their keynote. The more details that come out, the more robust the new operating system appears.

Everything announced at Apple’s WWDC 2013 keynote in one handy list


Martin Bryant over at The Next Web created a handy summary of all the things Apple announced during the WWDC keynote including all the details of OS X Mavericks, the new Mac Pro and MacBook Airs, iCloud, iWork, and iOS 7. Some new hardware like the MacBook Airs and a new AirPort Extreme and Time Capsule were released today, while others like the Mac Pro will come later. The same goes with software -- beta and developer versions of iWork and iOS 7 were released today while the final versions will come later this year.
