Apple rumored to soon release game controller

Rumors abound that Apple will soon release an official game controller. People could presumably use this controller with the iOS devices like the Apple TV to create richer gaming experiences and more accurate controls. This move would challenge new gaming upstarts like the Android powered Ouya creating an inexpensive and versatile game platform. Such a move could also suggest that the Apple TV could get an official App Store to allow users to download apps and games to be used directly from the device rather than just via AirPlay.
