According to several tech rumor sources, it appears that Apple's "killer" feature for the iPhone 5S will be fingerprint scanning, which will allow for extra security and, in turn, may allow users to use a new iWallet payment app. Apple acquired Florida-based tech security firm AuthenTech for $356 million last summer, which started the rumors about Apple's more serious foray into biometric scanning. We'll see if this rumor pans out to be true later this summer when Apple releases its next phone.
