According to 9 to 5 Mac, a recent Apple job posting confirms that Apple is investigating flexible displays for use in future products. I'm not exactly sure what added benefits a flexible display will provide a user aside from the slightly added comfort of walking with phone in his tight jeans pocket, but it's an interesting prospect nonetheless.
