After years of iPhone and iPad iterations, fickle consumers and tech news reporters have grown tired of the typical tech and have anxiously longed for something new from the historically innovative Apple. Well, it looks like some surprises may be coming. The Verge quotes and summarizes some key aspects of Apple's recent earnings call during which CEO Tim Cook noted some new products this fall -- most likely a new iPhone -- but even more interestingly, an "exciting new product category" and "more surprises" in 2014. It looks like the iWatch, iTV, or another unknown product will come out from the secret Apple labs. Can the company disrupt the world again? Looks like we'll get a chance to see over the next year.
